Pedagogy is dedicated to providing the best online training experience possible. We have designed the website, courses and exams to be as easy to use as possible. We do however recognize that not everyone will be able to get through an entire course and test without some assistance. We are here to help and answer ANY questions you may have.


Check the right side of the menu! You can chat instantly with a live person when it says "ONLINE" or leave a message when it says "OFFLINE". Plus while taking your classes with Pedagogy, you can visit the Instructors Lounge to chat directly with one of our instructors or leave a question about the class, real-world application or anything that may come up during your course.

Note: The Instructors Lounge is not covered 24x7x365, but you can leave a message if you are taking a course at night and check for an answer the next day.
